Mosman’s highest sale for 2024 amid agent’s $90m sales spree
Mosman has just notched up its biggest sale of the year so far with a grand Kirkoswald Ave house on the suburb’s highest point selling for just shy of $23m.
The seven-bedroom house at 1G Kirkoswald Ave, which appeared as a Mosman Daily House of the Week, sold in less than three weeks and is part of a $90m sales spree for the Atlas Lower North Shore group.
Michael Coombs said buyers were impressed with the size and position of the solid elevated house with water views over Balmoral and people from out of the area, expats as well as locals were interested.
“We’ve sold over 10 properties this week for more than $90m. This year so far we’ve sold three homes priced at $20m or more,” Coombs said,
“It’s a sign that confidence has bounced back and now there are plenty of buyers around,” he said.
